→ Plot allotment will be strictly on a First Come, First Serve basis.

→ Booking shall be confirmed only after receipt of the prescribed booking amount.

→ All payments must be made in favour of AS Balajee Developers Pvt. Ltd.

→ BSP (Basic Sale Price), PLC Charges, Development Charges, and other applicable charges shall be payable as per the payment plan.

→ Development Charges are applicable at ₹500 per sq. yard.

→ PLC Charges will be levied as applicable on Park Facing, Corner, and 45 Feet Road Facing plots.

→ In case two PLC categories are applicable, PLC charges shall be calculated as per company policy.

→ Timely payment of instalments is mandatory and forms an essential part of the allotment agreement.

→ Registry, Stamp Duty, GST, Government Taxes, and other statutory charges shall be borne by the purchaser as applicable.

→ Plot dimensions and site layout may be subject to minor modifications as approved by competent authorities.

→ The company reserves the right to amend the price list, payment plan, or project specifications without prior notice.

→ Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh.

→ Bank loan assistance is available subject to eligibility and approval by the concerned financial institution.

→ Naksha approval is under process with the concerned authority.

→ NOC details and project documents are available for verification upon request.
